Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States (not Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO addresses). Some states may be temporarily unavailable at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders are handed to the carrier within 3 business days. Delivery then takes 3-8 business days, so most orders arrive 6-11 business days after you order. The same estimate is shown on every product page.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

There are no customs fees or surprise charges on delivery.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We email you the tracking link as soon as your order ships (we use USPS or GOFO). Tracking can take 1-2 days to show its first update.

If your order is delayed

If we can't hand your order to the carrier within 3 business days, we'll email you before that deadline with a new ship date and the choice to wait or to cancel for a full refund. If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 10 days after the latest delivery time above, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it any time before your order ships.
