1. Who we are

Nest & Nora ("we", "us", "our") is an online shop based in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. These terms apply whenever you visit our website or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. You can reach us at nestandnora@gmail.com.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States; some states may be temporarily unavailable at checkout.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Some images and videos are illustrations or computer-generated to show how a product is used; the product you receive matches its description. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. If a product arrives materially different from its description, our Refund Policy applies.

4. Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay, together with shipping and any sales tax. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we ship it. If a price or description on our site is clearly wrong, or a product is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will tell you why. We never charge more than the total you approved at checkout.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping and delays

Delivery times are shown on each product page, and our Shipping Policy explains how shipping works. If we cannot ship your order within the time we told you, we will email you before that date with a new estimate and the choice to wait or to cancel for a full refund.

7. Returns and refunds

Our 30-day happiness guarantee and our rules for damaged, wrong, lost or late orders are in our Refund Policy. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or send us content, it must be honest and your own, and must not be unlawful, abusive or infringe anyone's rights. We publish genuine customer reviews only. We never write, buy or copy reviews, and we do not offer anything in exchange for a positive review. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

9. Our content

The text, images, logo and design of this website belong to Nest & Nora or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

Please don't use our website for anything unlawful or fraudulent, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape or collect data by automated means, or to place orders you don't intend to pay for.

11. Third-party services

Our website runs on Shopify and may link to third-party services such as payment providers and carriers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Warranties and liability

Our products come with the rights you have under consumer protection law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights. Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, our website is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where the law does not allow that limit.

13. Resolving problems

If something goes wrong, please email us first. We aim to solve problems within a few days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be handled by the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law gives you the right to bring it where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here when you place your order applies to that order.
