When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive 6–11 business days after you order. Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
What if I'm not happy with it?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send it back. If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, send us a photo and you can choose a free replacement instead.
What if my order is late or lost?
If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 10 days after the latest delivery time in our Shipping Policy, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify and takes all major cards. We never see or store your full card details.
How do I contact you?
Email nestandnora@gmail.com. We reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, US Eastern time).
