Refund policy

30-day happiness guarantee

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email us at nestandnora@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll refund everything you paid for the item, including any tax and shipping. You don't need to send anything back: keep it, gift it or pass it on.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and choose a free replacement or a full refund.

Lost or late orders

If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 10 days after the latest delivery time in our Shipping Policy, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. After it ships, the 30-day guarantee above applies.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process them within 2 business days of your email; your bank may take 5-10 business days to show the credit.
